We have always been happy with the Moustache replacement cartridges. Don't notice any difference between these and brand name.

Ordered this to replace another MLTD105LC compatible toner cartridge ordered last 2018. So yes, it took me about 4 years to need a replacement. The older moustache brand cartridge still had some toner left but I was getting some uneven banding on printouts indicating that the old cartridge was nearly spent. Since I've had a good experience before with this brand, I decided to reorder. When the new cartridge arrived, I immediately installed it. Unfortunately, I was getting a red led error message on the printer. The problem with these samsung printers (now owned by HP) is that they have a chip on the toner-drum combo that tells the printer either the cartridge package is not compatible, the toner is depleted or the drum has outlived its life. The message is cryptic (no actual description of the error other than a LED error indicator). If I reinstall the old cartridge, the printer works fine. If I install the new cartridge, the LED will light up after a few seconds. So it looks like the chip wasn't being detected properly. A quick chat with customer support confirmed the possibility and they immediately offered to either to RMA the cartridge and receive a replacement or get a full refund. I decided to get the refund and purchase a new printer from Shopper+ instead. I am sure a new cartridge would have resolved my issue but I was in a rush to print a lot of documents. I don't really print often, but when I do, its generally at least a 100 or so pages. Anyway, despite the cartridge not working, I still gave the product 4 stars because of the type of customer service I received.

Works perfectly amd way cheaper than the oem ones.

Arrived quickly, first page printed clean and sharp. Time will tell how well it holds up and how many pages it yields. Happy with purchase

I threw it in the printer and it start to print like the old one did. I am sold, it better than paying double at Staples.
