put in a new cartridge and it will not print the colour...put in a 2nd cartridge, same issue...bummer!!!

The price is good but I ended up having throw some of them out as the printer wouldn't recognize them no matter what I did. So these aren't exactly "compatible". More cost effective to purchase the Epson cartridges. I won't purchase again.

Les couleurs ne sont pas du tout ce à quoi je m'attendais comme qualité, mais comme le prix est nettement plus bas que les cartouches originales Epson. Je déteste aussi lorsque je perds du temps car mon imprimante ne reconnaît plus la cartouche car elle n'est pas originale, et je dois faire tout un processus essai/erreur avant de réussir à repartir mon impression...

Bonjour Très désolé pour l'inconvénients, étant donné que ce sont des cartouches compatibles, l'imprimante peut avoir la diffculte a les reconnaître. S'il faut toujours faires le etapes de nettoyage, envoyez-nous un courriel des imprimes à support@123inkcartridges.ca, et nous pouvons regler pour un remboursement ou des remplacements Merci

It lost contact with chip, showed empty & printer would not work. Took it out 3-4 times no luck, cleaned it no luck.. New one worked fine. I cut it open to check for ink FULL.
