item arrived in a timely fashion and i was pleased with the pricing. it was less than what i was paying at the big name office supplier and when i bought two cartridges it brought the price up to qualify for free shipping so that sealed the deal. genuine hp cartridge, cheaper, and delivered right to me....it's a no brainer!
