Excellent! I write. Sharp clear print looks good on the page. As well, it does make the final editing process so much easier. The rapid product delivery process was a pleasant surprise. For years I have used Dell products, and purchased them for family members also. Practical, useful items are essential. I would recommend this Dell Series 24 New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge as it works in my printer/scanner set-up, and delivers quality results. This is my first experience with Shopper. I will be a repeat customer.

I received the ink cartridge combo set but my Dell P513w printer would not recognize the cartridges. I followed the installation Instructions as shown in the packaging and as I have done in the past. Could not get the printer to accept the cartridges. Had to reorder direct from Dell and those cartridges were recognized and accepted. I should be reimbursed for the set. Refer to Invoice #32803967
