Excellent! I write. Sharp clear print looks good on the page. As well, it does make the final editing process so much easier. The rapid product delivery process was a pleasant surprise. For years I have used Dell products, and purchased them for family members also. Practical, useful items are essential. I would recommend this Dell Series 24 New Compatible Black Ink Cartridge as it works in my printer/scanner set-up, and delivers quality results. This is my first experience with Shopper. I will be a repeat customer.

After weeks of trying, including following all the instructions to remedy the problem included with the cartridge, I had to eventually discard the cartridge, it would not work in the printer, the printer could not recognize it as a new cartridge and constantly told me to replace it. As the new cartridge from Dell did work, I can only assume that this cartridge was faulty.

These cartridges work great and the Service representative was very helpful on the phone.. Fran Sainsbury
