On my last order I asked for Hp 57 black and Hp 56 color cartridges for hp psc 2175 all-in-one-printer.. I received Hp 57 color and Hp 56 black. It worked for about a month. Then it stopped printing. Message, remove and check cartridges. Now the cartridges don't fit in the slots. But if I switch it around it fits. It makes no sense. What happen to the 57 black and 56/58 color combo Hp psc 2175. your help is appreciated

I ordered if because this cartridge appeared to be compatible with my GP printer 5610, although the cartridge fits in the printer throws out error messages. It is a shame as the price is perfect. I wish there was a solution.

Since purchase in Dec 2017 , initially worked fine. Few weeks after, started having issues with cartridge not " compatible" . Tried inspecting, cleaning , resetting cartridges. No luck, any ideas ?

At first my printer didn't accept the color cartridge. After shuting down the printer a few times, he accept the cartridge but print a test page once in a while when I strat the printer.
