    I actually returned it because it was a wrong order. However, I was highly impressed by the prompt and efficient customer service provided to me.. There was no delay in sending me the return label and promising a refund.

      Exellente qualité. J'avais acheté une cartouche équivalente avant celle-ci qui s'est avéré de moins bonne qualité puisqu'à chaque page que j'imprimais j'obtenais un fond grisé. Après quelques recherches j'ai découvert que certaine cartouche recyclé pouvais avoir été exposé à de l'humidité, ce qui produirait ce fond grisé. Avec la cartouche original Brother je n'ai pas ce problème.
