It doesn't work in my Epson Stylus NX625 printer.

you sent me empty cartridges...they were used up almost immediately....the first time I received cartridges they lasted a long time, and it has nothing to do with printing....the ink indicater on my computer showed the cartridge to be half full when I started...I am sure you sent me half empty cartridges even the packaging was different. When I tried to explain to customer service she played around with me I believe her name was Raenna, something like that...she asked for an order number and I gave her all 3 order numbers , she just tried to say I was not in your system yet how is that possible when you just sent me this email ? I would like a replacement on all 5 cartridges and make sure what is suppose to be in the package is in fact the product I paid for......thank-you this review is the same for all the cartridges, cyan and magenta..

I bought this ink thinking it will be work on my Epson Worforce 323 Series printer. I checked the cartridge number on the printer and matched it with this "compatible version". Once I put it in my printer, it fails to print blacks. There is just blank print-outs when printing in black. I was really disappointed with my order. First time that ink from 123 cartridges has failed me. I will be buying the original version from now on.

Not sure what I was expecting but these are terrible. Ran 2 cleaning cycles and 2 alignments and the results are still blotchy and faded with lines missing.
