Both the black and blue cartridge's were not recognized by my Epson NX420 printer (no matter what I tried to do to get them to work); not being too tech savvy doesn't help as I do not have an operating printer

My experience is that the page print capacity of the ink cartridge (265 pages) is vastly exaggerated. I have only gotten about 50 pages of text (each page approximately 50% white space, 50% text) printed from any cartridge. The price of the ink cartridge is reasonable (the price of the OEM cartridge is 5 times higher) but the shipping charge doubles the cost of the cartridge and the limited shelf life precludes an order cost that qualifies for free shipping.

the ink was working perfectly and I had no issues this morning I attempted to replace the magenta cartridge and the Epson NX 420 will no longer recognize it I went online to see if there was a fix. I followed the instructions and still it won't work so I was loving the ink, but not so much now

Great product... when it work. I got a not compatible cartridge error on 2 color after a few use with my Workforce 320. After a few try of pulling off and on the problematic cartridge without any result, I have to change the two even if they still at 75% full.
