i AM A SENIOR CITIZEN AND WHEN i PUT THE INK INTO MY PRINTER it would not print correctly so I emailed your company and all we got back was they wanted me to take a photo of my problem and send it .I do not have a camera and a phone that takes pictures so ,that screws me out of everything.

They work for a couple pages and then one cartridges is no longer recognized. You replace it and it’s another cartridge that’s no longer recognized.

Une des quatre que j'ai reçu n'était pas pour une Epson. Les trois autres fonctionnent bien.

I was sent the wrong ink cartridge. I have been in contact with 123ink.ca and have not received the correct cartridge after repeated requests, I have sent a picture showing the wrong cartridge and as of yet nothing. So this why I give a poor rating this time.

Epson workforce 435 ... cartouche n'est pas reconnu je trouve sa vraiment dommage car au par-avant je n'avais jamais eu de problème :(
