I’ve been considering 3rd party/generic ink cartridges for years now because of the ridiculous cost of OEM replacements. My purchase with Shopper Plus was a great experience! I forgot to apply a discount code the first time I “checked out”. I realized this as soon as I hit “confirm” and thus needed to cancel my first order and re-order using the proper discount code. My credit card was charged, then as soon as I cancelled my first order, my credit card was refunded. I was very impressed with how seamless this was! My order arrived on time and so far I’m very happy with my purchase. The Moustache brand ink is working as advertised.

Immediately after placing this order i had called you to ship it by Canada Post, I also sent you an e-mail, but it was ignored, I stayed home but it was not delivered by Fedex until the following day, I had placed a notice on my apartment door to knock very loud on the door but it was not done, when I checked later the package had been opened by someone, luckily the contents were not removed, why is it so difficult to listen to my request to send it by Canada post ?
