It is the wrong cartridge for my Brother MFC-J835DW. I would like to return it

These cartridges will not work in my Brother printer. I keep getting a prompt "will not recognize" even though they claim to be compatible with my printer model. Not happy with this now and out the cost as well as it has now effected my printer so I cannot even print as before trying to replace them.

Disappointed. First time an order has been screwed up. In this 4-pack of ink cartridges, I received two yellow cartridges and no cyan cartridges. How does that happen?? If all 4 colors aren't present, it doesn't matter that 3 of them are correct.
