It does not work. It isn't even the same as the cartridge I am trying to replace. I would like a refund

Or I could love it IF I had actually received it. Ordered on August 24 and no sign yet of it being in the delivery process by Canada Post. Oh well back to Amazon who can actually deliver what is ordered.

Vraiment trop cheap ou elle est défectueuse, tache les feuilles, je dois nettoyer la cartouche et le drum de l'imprimante à tous les jours. J'ai fais une demande de remplacement et après 4 jrs, je ne sais toujours pas si j'en recevrai une autre et quand je la recevrai???
