I've order these from you on a regular basis because of the better price, and for the most part have had no problems. However, the ones I purchased recently were rejected by my printer. I tried the solution indicated on the cartridge, but it didn't work this time. Sometimes they'll install cleanly and other times they won't. You offer a great service by the way! You're my "go-to" for ink cartridges.

I had problems with the black cartridge and had to have it replaced, which you did but after I had to find a place locally as i was desperate for any kind of a cartridge and you took long to replace it. The replacement, when it came was OK - first time I have had problems with your cartridges, so am somewhat reluctant to order again because of the time span to replce
