This toner came leaking all over the place and created a huge mess. Looked like it was assembled by a 5 yr old (no offence to 5 yr olds) The box was intact and not damaged but the plastic inside not sealed. We got toner all over the place – it was literally pouring out.

The quality of print out was pathetic to say the least as it was very light inspite of setting the printer to print at the darkest. My original catridge which was nearing end of life was still much better even though it had very little ink left in it. The replacement cartridge i received is so bad that i cannot even use it .

toner has problems and it doesnt print sometime and says printer is out of ink even though i installed this new toner

Kept leaving black horizontal streaks on whatever I printed no matter how many times I cleaned it. And it ran out after a couple months.
