Hi: The service was excellent, the delivery fast and the ink cartridges work great in my Dell printer, very strong colour. Fran S Alliston, On.​

It is the right ink cartridge but it won’t work. Saids it empty. Could you send me another one and a return slip for this one and I’ll sen d it back. Last time I ordered from you it was great. Maybe just a bad one.
