    It is the right ink cartridge but it won’t work. Saids it empty. Could you send me another one and a return slip for this one and I’ll sen d it back. Last time I ordered from you it was great. Maybe just a bad one.

      the cartridge would not install at first then it showed no ink. I ended up with nothing!!
