Even though I bought this cartridge in Sept 2015, I did not start using it until about 4 months ago. After about 2 months of use the cartridge started to leave blue borders on all the pages. I returned the cartridge, and the girl told me it was past the year warranty period. I tried to explain to her that I only started using it 4 months ago. She turned a deaf ear to me, so I had no other choice but to buy a new one. Not very good customer service. Also, this is not the first time that it has happened to me. Started leaking and discolored the page. Needed to replace before it even was partially used. What a waste.
