This Product is Alright as well However a Black cartridge 310 appears to be giving a problem of being recognised by my Hp printer the printing is very Light in contrast Therefore I have removed it from theprinter and replaced it with my old Hp cartridgeand when compleyly empty I will try again if it still does not work properly I will buy an Hp one All previously purchased cartridges from your company were OK Thank You Henry Jones
