    The item was marked as delivered but I have never received it. Talking to the Shoppers rep made me feel like it's my problem and it's up to me to sort it out. I wish Shoppers was more proactive assisting its customers with this kind of problems by promptly shipping a replacement item or making refund.

      The ink works fine but the service was very poor, 10 days to ship after I ordered and 3 weeks to deliver it.

          Was very excited to find a local supplier for replacement toner that could mail me the product within a day or two and the prices are great. The product did come quickly however it was the wrong part number that was delivered. After verifying that I ordered it correct I contact customer support. I understand mistakes happen, but how you deal with mistakes is where a company can turn a negative into a positive. Unfortunately there was no apology or remorse, only a suggestion that maybe I wasn't installing it correct. I had to email photos of proof before I could get a return label. I'm still waiting on that return label... If I ever get the label, I'm not sure how to print it out as my printer is completely out of ink, thus the reason I ordered in the first place. Everything was shaping up to be an excellent experience until customer service dropped the ball when it came to making good on their shipping error. BTW this is my first ever negative review to any company, it takes a lot for me to become frustrated.
