The previous order to the one you are asking about had two black kodak ink cartridges that were faulty. I sent you an email complete with photos to which you did not reply. The first of two cartridges when opened spilled considerable ink on the desk. The second prints fussy black. I think they may have been frozen as the night before I received them it was -12C. The Mailman failed to leave the key in my group mailbox to retrieve the parcel. If I have any future problems I will not do any more business with you. Why did you not respond to my last email with photos of spilled ink? STUART BROOKS

I have been having trouble with this batch, mostly the black. I find myself to constantly clean the printing head to get the ink to work. I am on my second of three black cartridges and both were constantly plugging. This is the first time this has happened since I started to order ink from you.
