Very reasonably priced universal adapter. Take one star off for the bulkiness and another for only 1 year warranty. For a simple device like this (which is seldomly used by most users), lifelong warranty should be provided if brand is confident in the product quality.

Useful but clunky and finicky. The prongs for Canada/US/Japan/etc. are a bit flimsy and rotate far too easily. They should have a mechanism that "clicks" them into place as they're rotated and prevent unintended movement. Also, pushing unused prongs back into the unit isn't a smooth process. It seems alright other than those complaints.

Good but the plugs are a bit loose when plugging into it, meaning cell phone chargers fall out if not perfectly balanced or supported

Good item, quite handy. One major drawback - the plugs are quite hard to put back it. Absolutely must use two hands... But otherwise, good value.
