My printer does not tell me when the replace the drum. I have to try to remember how may cartridge changes I have done and monitor the quality of the print. I seem to be replacing the drum more frequently. Once the drum is replaced, the print qualify is good. The drum is expensive and I may have to consider switching to a compatible drum instead.
