    I saw a couple of comments about this not working and I wanted to clarify their probable situation. In order for this DVI-I adapter to work, you must make sure your DVI cable itself is a DVI-I cable, not DVI-D. The difference is that you need the cable that has the extra 4 pins at the end, otherwise the analog signal will never reach this adapter and hence your display will never get a signal. Those cables you can get here for a few bucks as well, it's worth it, great products!

              Mine didn't work. Maybe I am using it the other way around: I have a DVI output and want to connect to my monitor's VGA input. Please help.
