I was very impressed with the promptness of the delivery of my order. Unfortunately the product itself did not work as my computer would not connect with the tv monitor as I had hoped. A friend was able to used the cable I had removed from the package. Consequently I have 2 of the cables which are of no use to me. I have not looked into your return policy but i will do so in hope's that I am able to return these two items.
