I have ever had to lodge a complaint about buying a toner online, and it was not a very nice experience. In most of the sites where I tried this, there were all sorts of problems when dealing with the customer care representatives including frank rudeness. However, ever since I started getting the cartridge from here, I have never had to deal with such issues. Their service is of such high quality that I never have to lodge any complaints. The one time I did due to a minor issue, they handled it with a lot of professionalism and it was sorted out fast.

Les couleurs de ces toners ne sont pas très bonnes. Je n'achèterai plus ces toners supposément compatibles. Le prix est un peu inférieur à ceux produits par Samsung mais la qualité est de beaucoup inférieure. Michel
