Simply put the printer works as if it were just out of the box brand new! Need to know are there heads available and are they high quality print heads. Finding parts for a printer is always a challenge and here we have access to the best materials which are available anywhere! The immediate availability of staff to assist with the purchase removed fears as to the actual order and the delivery. The print head arrived promptly and upon allowing the head to warm to room temperature they tested and functioned excellently. Still working well today after many pages printed. JDM
