    Have not received order. Usually have my order 2 days after placing the order. Order was shipped by UPS and they just keep moving the delivery date 2 hours after the last promised deliver time. Now 3 more days. Typical UPS BS. Time to move on!

          Les 2 cartouches commandées sont de mauvaise qualité et je suis présentement en démarche de réclamation avec le département du service à la clientèle pour en obtenir 2 nouvelles neuves et parfaites. C’était ma première expérience d’achat avec Shopper + Inc, 123 Ink.ca et j’ai été très déçu.

            Il coule . il y a une fuite et en plus il laisse des traces sur les feuilles imprimés j'ai peut-etre pas été chanceux et qu il en avait un défectueux

            It left blue streakings on paper, and block my transfer strap, very noisy too !
