Je n'ai plus l'intention de commander chez-vous les produits ne sont pas compatibles, il me reste une cartouche TN450A que j'ai commandé chez vous que j'aimerais me faire rembourser car je ne pêux l'utiliser avec le tambour original de Brother. Que dois-je faire pour être remboursé.

I don't think it is compatible with my Brother all-in-one. I changed the drum & cartridge & it is still printing faint, hard to read. I think I just wasted money on both items. Not a happy camper

The Compatible Drum Unit doesn't work at all well with my Brother printer. Over and over again, my Brother printer tells me I have a paper jam, - but there isn't a jam, and it won't print.

Shortly after we installed this, the replace drum light came on. I don't think I would recommend this.
