Product is perfect, can we expect less from an oem cartridge, my only issue with this order is that something happend with my package i.e. The shipping company had their delivery truck stolen with my package in it and nobody followed up with me until i finally call the customer service myself to follow up after 5-6 days. Somebody should have called me or the item shoudl have been re shipped immediately when the truck was stolen. However after my call to the customer services i received my package the next day.
