Works well. The flexible connection on the back makes it easy to hook up to an in wall HDMI cable. I used electrical tape to ensure the cable doesn’t work it’s way free. Not necessary but better safe than sorry.

Had run a couple HDMI cables to wall outlets and found it was tough to plug HDMI cables into the wall plate. With the flexible extensions, it was a breeze to connect all my cables. Was also the only (economical) option for two HDMI jacks available as the keystone wall plates don't accommodate two HDMI jacks

Can also be used without wall plate for a better deal on HDMI extensions.
