The product itself is great - ordered it a second time. But this time they sent me an item that looked used/returned or refurbished - the casing had scratches on it (see pictures). I chatted with orders support and they agreed to send me a replacement (new) item, but even the replacement item I received looks used/returned >.< (although it does look better than the first one). They need to fix quality control and make sure they're not selling used/returned items as new.
