I bought the 10 units kit, but it didn't come with the template for installation. Could you please send one to me?

I bought few of this, still struggling with the right measurement because I do not want to mess up my walls, it did not come with a template for cutting. I would have purchased at a closest store for few cent more with a template.

The pass through depth for the cables is kind of tight but not a big deal, they look nice and are well priced. Unfortunately the quality of the tabs that are supposed to secure it to the drywall is suspect. Three of the four on the two plates I bought bent and snapped with minimal pressure as they didn't deploy properly (no way to tell if they actually popped out once it's in the wall). Disappointing to say the least.
