works as described. I usually use the other style where the wire goes into the back, but I due to where the banana posts were and where our furnature is, there wasn't enough room. These did the trick!

.Nice good quality copper speaker plugs used them to modify my speaker cables to banana plugs,much more convenient to change other speakers wires would buy again
