The product didn't work And I had a hard time getting hold of customer Service to explain the situation

was very good receive on time work like charm

We couldn't get the adapter to work and by the time we tried it, we were outside the return time frame. Although for the price we paid, it probably wasn't worth the time to try returning for a refund.

Bought this by mistake, was looking for slimport so didnt use it at all.

works like it should, tried it on a laptop and a tv. find the colors look washed out.
