Not certain if your company has changed supplier, the toners and the drums do not fit together. I have made purchases from your company for the last 4 years but now, i am having all these issues. This is outrageous. Very disappointed

L’imprimante ne fonctionne pas, malgré le changement de tambour; chez Brother, on me dit qu,il faut mettre un tambour original Brother….

Je n'ai plus l'intention de commander chez-vous les produits ne sont pas compatibles, il me reste une cartouche TN450A que j'ai commandé chez vous que j'aimerais me faire rembourser car je ne pêux l'utiliser avec le tambour original de Brother. Que dois-je faire pour être remboursé.
