I have used the Samsung toner cartridge twice and have found it to easy to use and have had no problems once it was inserted in the printer. I tried the cheaper, compatible toner cartridge with nothing but problems so unfortunately had to order the Samsung toner cartridge as the cheaper toner cartridge would NOT WORK!!
