They work, although the screws for the plates don't quite fit 100%. You first screw the inside plate to the box/bracket, then when you go to put the outer plate on, the inner screw heads stick out a tiny bit and cause the cover plate to bow out a touch. In the end they still work and you don't notice if you're not literally inspecting it. I used banana plugs on both the inside and the outside. Lastly, I ordered a 5 pack and on one, the plastic holding the red post was partially broken. Still attached, but doesn't sit quite straight as a result.

The decora plate is slightly larger and its hard to fit in the electrical wall plate so you will have very hard time if you want to use your own wall plate, the screws provided is self thread, not machine thread, the inside screw quite long but the problem is it's too big and you will have hard time fitting the plate to be flushed.

I expect these to work well for my application. The cover plate screws are self threading into plastic though, so I expect that will be an issue instead of machine screws into a steel insert.
