    Brother cartridges are much better than generic ones. Still, some of them have little flaws, like a small rough spot on a roller that leaves a string of splotches on a page, or a rough line around the roller that leaves a line. I suppose I should return them, but I just switch to an unflawed one when I need better quality printing, then go back to the faulty ones for everyday stuff. Re: price, service, and delivery, you guys are awesome -- the best!

      i am buying a new ink . this ink is not dark enoughand lighter things dont come out.

        I purchased the Brother Magenta because the after market Magenta I purchased from you earlier produced a poor presentation of Magenta, more like it was out of ink but it wasn't.
