Like one of the other reviews, I initially had a problem with the Label Tape. However, the problem was of my own making I didn't tighten the ribbon as instructed on the cardboard sleeve. If you don't tighten the takeup reel the thermal ribbon will get stuck to the adhesive backing, making an unfixable mess. I have however used several other of these Label tapes (I bought 10) without issue now that I "Follow the directions".

Ordering was extremely easy and the administration of the account and the notification of shipment emails were helpful to confirm the order and the accuracy of it. These label tapes are almost identical packaging and product to the Brother branded ones I got from my local stationery megastore. The big difference was the astounding difference in price! I got these for one sixth the price for the same width and length of label material. It is the speedy delivery and ease of shopping that is going to make online shopping grow exponentially.
