Like one of the other reviews, I initially had a problem with the Label Tape. However, the problem was of my own making I didn't tighten the ribbon as instructed on the cardboard sleeve. If you don't tighten the takeup reel the thermal ribbon will get stuck to the adhesive backing, making an unfixable mess. I have however used several other of these Label tapes (I bought 10) without issue now that I "Follow the directions".

I always get a little nervous ordering online when it comes to labels, ink, toner etc. Don't hesitate ordering these. Great product, equal in every way to the Brother cassettes at a fraction of the price we would have paid at a major office supply chain store. Wouldn't hesitate to re-order. What did we like about the process. Everything! Ordering was easy and it came within days to our local post office for us to pick up. Based upon this experience from this order I would definitely consider ordering other products using this site.
