\I purchased this unit as a spare for my printer along with a complete set of cartridges. All units were installed last Monday as per instructions. No other changes were made. The print quality is quite low despite cleaning the wires, particularly the colours. I expect to have to replace either the drum or cartridges. Myles E. Donahue

The item arrived on time, was well packed and as described. I installed it in my printer and it worked just like a Brother's Drum unit. The only other thing that I had to do was to reset the drum counter in the maintenance menu Great product, great price, superb quality .

I'm quite disappointed in this item. understanding that it's remanufactured, it is more like a used drum. My printer says it has a 74%life span as soon as I installed it and I get streaks on the first page of every batch I print. guess I should have spent the money and bought the OEM one.

Worked perfectly.
