Tried 4 toner cartridges. 2 cartridges leaked. 1 was broken. And 1 did not calibrate. Gave up and asked for a refund. I had to return a cartridge. The returned cartridge sat at their facility. I called on the 4th day and inquired about the refund. Was told they had not processed the return. Finally on the 5th day, I received my refund.....only after I inquired about my refund.

I ordered the Canon product but they sent Moustache which is NOT rated for my machine even though the cartridge looks the same and they will NOT exchange it for Canon :( :(
