      Hi again, So, another day, another missed deadline for Shopper-. The CSR rep said it will be delivered today. I guess their crystal ball needs recharging. Yup, thats what they use to tell you when your order will arrive. And they charge you extra for the fake information. Unbelievable! Room for improvement here, there and everywhere!

        So the order was shipped on friday, via express post, which I paid extra for. Delivery scheduled for today. So what do I receive? The "Free" gift. I called customer service and waited on hold for over 15 minutes. When I finally got to speak with a CSR they said the equipment was shipped on a different waybill, but should arrive today. Well today is gone and the tracking info says it is still in Montreal. So I still can't review this equipment, but maybe tomorrow? Stay tuned, but don't hold your breath, I'm not!

          Well, if I had the product, which I ordered 3 weeks ago, I may have a review. All I can say at this point is that PrimeCables is coming up with excuses why they Can't ship. So when, and If, they actually deliver I may have something more positive to say.
