I have ordered this product several times. Usually, I have no problems. It works well and I get almost the 3,000 pages it claims to print. However, the toner powder would come out when I shake it on two of the units I've had. Customer service replaced the first unit as it was still under the 1 year warranty. Unfortunately, I didn't realize until a year later when I used the replacement that it was defective, i.e., it barely printed at all. Customer service agreed to send another replacement after much complaint on my part. Meanwhile, I had to order another unit which also leaked powder when I shook it. I won't bother to return this one since I need it. It prints okay. I just have to be careful when I need to shake it again so as not to make a big mess. Rather disappointing. I would definitely try another maker if I found one with a comparable price.

Strength of toner on the printed page is not always consistent. Patches of print are darker than others. I have received toners that have only lasted a few days and stopped working. Delivery times are great, the right products are delivered, and this site is easy to get around in. If more time was spent on product quality control in a test environment, rather than online surveys, the results would provide a better idea of the actual issues we encounter on a first hand basis as opposed to an after the fact survey.
