Purchased in September 2020, upon opening the package there was a really strong odour coming from the cable. It's a musty/mildewy/cheap plastic smell (and 3 months later it still smells). Prime cables issued a prompt refund which was great. I did use it a handful of times and one of the jacks is loose at the right angle joint so it isn't very durable either. maybe I got one from a bad batch? I have another one from prime Cables (with 2 straight jacks) and that one is way better in quality. would not recommend this one.

As per the response to my earlier review, I was advised to contact customer service. I followed the instructions and requested for a refund. It has been 7 business days since the item has arrived at the returns department with no correspondence whatsoever regarding when my refund will be processed. I am not sure I will be purchasing anything from here anymore.

The cable will not stay in my telecaster. It is loose and just slides out, rendering it unusable. Disappointed as dual right angle cables are hard to find.
