    The actual optic-fiber extends way pas the sleeve on Bothe ends of all the 5 cables I bought!! really bad craftsmanship...

      The 6 foot cable came very quickly but as others have found they don’t fit into the connector. It appears in my case the fibre optic plastic extends past the metal conduit on the ends not allowing the plug to seat into a receptacle. I phoned customer service and a new cable was sent quickly twice, in all cases the result was the same.

        It’s great sounding cable but it’s faulty for me. Don’t stay in the optical port. I had to tie it to keep it there. It’s very loose. They sent me faulty cable

            Like the other Premium model (gold) it does not stay connected inside the socket. Too heavy. External Nylon weaving will also make it harder to clean after a few years of collecting dust. Not worth the extra price to me. I am happy with the basic cables that do a much better job, stay connected and save me money!

              The ends came loose and now twirl when you are trying to plug it in. Makes it really hard to align and it takes 2 minutes to plug something in that should take 2 seconds. Don't buy this if you are going to be unplugging it and plugging it in regularly
