These cables address the number one problem with many cheaper optical cables: durability. These are well built and feature strain-relief collars that should prevent fraying during normal use. The cables are very affordable and even the longest models are very well priced. The whole cable has a solid build quality and does not feel cheap at all. Has worked very well with every device I've tried it with and looks like it should last a long time. Will definitely buy again. Even includes caps for the ends of the cables.
