It took five days to even process the order. The excuse given was that they didn't work during the long weekend (Jean Baptist Day). Pathetic. The Cartridge itself, when installed, worked perfectly. Thank you for that.

Still in the package as the ink has not depleted in the printer. Arrived faster than expected.

Print quality similar to original hp cartridge. Printer warns about non-hp cartridge, but message can be over-ridden.
