It's good real copper cable which I would recommend if you get it on sale for a good price, the only thing is it's not really 12 gauge, see the picture I attached. That little piece of 12 gauge is about 30 years old now as I still have some of that cable and compared it to this new cable which is supposed to be 12 gauge and it's nowhere near as thick, but other than that it's good copper cable and is flexible and I do recommend it, but it's not really 12 gauge which is disappointing.
